As a graduation gift I decided to buy myself a camera. After several weeks of umming and ahhing, I decided on the pentax K10D. I promptly took it overseas with me. It went trekking in mud and rain, onto beaches, kickboxing, in cars and on motorbikes. It hasn't missed a beat, either.

I'm enjoying learning to use it and taking pictures of this, that and the other. I think only the very best will get posted here, though. I bought a couple of nice, old, manual prime lenses on ebay and am currently coming to grips with always-manual aperture and focus. I think I'm starting to get there now. I should go to bed but it means that I do less stuff before I go to work again.
